A Bridge for the Blue Bear
Mina lined up her blocks to bridge a blue scarf-river for one tiny bear.
“Two towers, one top,” she explained to Pip. “Then Bear crosses there.”
Ponder steadied the scarf. Mama sorted socks nearby. Mina placed the last block.
Bumpity-bumpity—PLOP! The bridge folded flat. Bear stared in shock.
